As part of the retreat, you'll get hands-on training with Tiffany to level up your storytelling game during a styled family shoot. This will be our third trip together, but I've been doing a yearly retreat in my business for 5 years
As a homeschooling mama of three littles and full time business owner, there are times it can feel like my business is running me. Back in 2021, I started setting aside intentional time throughout the year to step away from the day-to-day and work on my business.
Sometimes it was a hotel nearby. Other times, an Airbnb a few hours away. But every time, I blocked off the calendar — just for me and my business.
It became:

✓ To look at my profit and loss and really dive into how my business was doing financially
I’d plan out the quarters ahead — mapping out marketing themes, dreaming up creative projects, and identifying any big shifts I wanted to make.
This wasn't a time just for playing catch up - it was a time to play forward.
Then last year it hit me, why not facilitate this space for other photographers who need help carving out time to tackle tasks within their business too?

The purpose of this retreat is for each woman to have the freedom, time and space to reevaluate and realign their businesses. I will have an itinerary for you as well as some content planning calendars that you can use. We will carve out chunks of time for different business aspects, but ultimately you will do what is best for you as a business.
You can be as social as you want to be, or as focused and self-guided as you want to be. Everything is optional!
You'll have me and my guest educators alongside you for 1:1's to support you however you need!
When you go home you should feel like you had solid, uninterrupted time to dream and design and breathe new life into your business.

ALL THE
DAY ONE: WELCOME + SETTLE IN
5:00–7:00 PM - Check-In + Welcome Dinner
It's all about getting settled in and getting to know each other! We’ll kick things off with a relaxed welcome dinner from 4-7 pm with dinner, fun, and games.
✈️ Flying in? There will be more specific details to come. But there are two airports that serve the Destin area.
DAY TWO: FULL DAY RETREAT
- Start your morning with optional yoga or walk on the beach to care for your body and mind.
- Joint masterclass with myself and Geily as we help you refine your offers and learn to add product to increase your profits in 2027.
- Time to work IN your business and not ON your business.
- Round Table discussions on your quarterly plans and how to Realign them when needed.
- Pick up your camera for a shoot-with-me training with Tiffany. You'll do a styled family shoot either in home or downtown.

7 years ago I bought a $150 Canon Rebel to take better photos of my kids, never thinking it would turn into a business. But over time, I found myself drawn to storytelling through motherhood, and without realizing it, and built a six-figure family photography business that fit into my everyday life — somewhere between homeschooling, snack time, and golden hour sessions.

The RE-A-LIGN Retreat is for ambitious female family photographers who are looking to escape their everyday routine of shooting and editing to finally work on their business (not IN it). Building relationships within your field is invaluable. We have attendees in all stages of their business, from 5 months to 5+ years! Take this weekend to surround yourself with women that are getting it done. Listen in to conversations that can inspire and drive you and lean on each other to realign your business to the vision of success you define.
I've done this weekend getaway for 5 years solo and this is my third year doing it as a retreat...and I can honestly say the breakthroughs and work I get done in this time transform my upcoming quarters.
If you have burning questions n running a profitable photography business, todo-lists for your own business that never seem to get done, or are on the verge of burnout (or already deeply in it) and need to make changes asap - the RE-A-LIGN Retreat is for you!
Yes! We will have one hands-on training with Tiffany on day two, where we'll trek down to the beach for a special styled family shoot. The goal is for you to get in-the-moment tips from Tiffany on how to direct sessions that create more emotive, storytelling images.
We plan to do the styled shoot on the beach, weather permitting! If the weather doesn't allow us to walk down to the beach, we'll welcome the family right into the AirBnb for an in-home styled shoot.
There will be a lot of flexibility throughout the weekend and you would be welcome to exchange headshots during your stay! Last year, our RE-A-LIGN attendees walked away with several professional headshots.

You are responsible for your travel to and from the retreat Airbnb (whether that be a plane, train, or drive), but depending on schedule you may be able to get a ride with Tiffany.
Yes! The retreat is all-inclusive, meaning all your drinks and food are included (minus dinner on the town Saturday night, if you choose t go explore the town with the group). I'll have snacks and of course lots and lots of coffee!
If you have special dietary restrictions then you are responsible for letting me know on the questionnaire that gets sent out before the retreat. I'll make sure there are options safe for you. You can use that same questionnaire to tell me and goodies or favorite beverages you have. I do my best to accommodate everyone!
If you want to bring any special snacks, if you live on a particular flavor of liquid-IVs or have a favorite wine you want to treat yourself to, then feel free to bring it along!
Yes! You will have an option of a 6 or 12month payment plan, as well as pay in full through Klarna and Afterpay.
Life happens and as a mom of three, I completely understand that.
While there won't be any refunds on deposits or payments for the retreat ( the air bnb, assistant for the weekend and marketing specialist still have to be paid) you are able to transfer your ticket to another family photographer friend or as a credit toward private coaching with Tiffany. You must give me 48 hours advance notice if you plan to transfer your ticket.
